We Filipino’s are well known for a having a tightly knit family, and at the center of a every Filipino household is a loving mother.  We all know how hard working our moms are. They are the first ones to wake up in the morning to make sure our breakfast has been prepared and all we have to do is eat. They make sure that all our things are ready before we attend our classes. They do a lot of things for us, but sometimes we take it for granted. Today is our chance to make up and thank our mothers for all the good things they’ve done to us. Mother’s day is a day where we can do something special for them and appreciate them. Go! Hug your moms, sometimes a tight hug is all they need to let them know how special they are to us.
